Time interval and frequency analyzer TIA V110

The TIA V110 Time Interval and frequency Analyzer is a technologically advanced, multi-channel measurement instrument, dedicated to demanding applications related to precise time metrology. The analyzer enables continuous registration of physical events (represented at the instrument's inputs as edges of electrical pulses) in the form of time stamps appearing in up to 10 independent measurement channels. Measurement channels use a common time scale, which maket it possible to determine time relationships between any time markers. Measurement data obtained as a result of therecording process allow for accurate and precise determination of input signal parameters, such us: duration of time intervals (delay) and frequency, and can also be used to calculate selected measures such as Allan variance (ADEV), time interval errors (TIE, MTIE) and time deviation (TDEV). High accuracy of long measurement sessions is ensured by a built-in, high-stability reference clock (OCXO, 50 PPB) and the ability to connect a signal from an external reference (e.g. an atomic standard).

Precise time counter T3200U

PikTime Systems offers high-tech equipment for specifying time intervals. The T3200U series includes picosecond precision time/frequency counter which combines affordable cost and reliability for thorough industrial and scientific applications. The counter, equipped with Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO), or Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXO), provide high accuracy and stability of the measurements. The heart of the instrument: a newly developed FPGA counter device, which contains a complete interpolation time counter with two precision two-stage Time-to Digital Converters, a FIFO memory which allows for very high measurement rate, and a dedicated microcontroller, comes in small, light, and handy case with USB 2.0 interface.


Precise time generator T5300U

The T5000 family contains precise and low-jitter delay/pause/frequency generators. The devices may work in width mode generating pulses of width equal to preset delay, or as pulse generators of variable frequency. The series is also equipped with Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO), providing high accuracy and stability at reasonable cost. Digital controllers combine picosecond precision of time-interval generation with affordable cost and reliability for thorough industrial and scientific applications, and come in USB 2.0 interface equipped case.

All the counters and generators come with supplied software, that creates a user-friendly graphic interface and provides many useful functions for accurate control, diagnostics and statistical processing of the measurement data.

1 PPS generator "D1PPS"

The "D1PPS" generator is to produce a 1 PPS signal form reference frequency sources, such us a Rubidium clock or stable XSC. It also offers synchronization of the generatoed signal to reference PPS signals (for example, from TTS-5 GNSS receivers).
